Marketing Your Hair Extension Services

Before you even think of offering hair extension services, you should think about how you will market your services.

Hair extensions can run from $500- $4000 and up for the client.  With these prices, you will need to be very proactive in your marketing efforts to secure enough hair extension clients

Things to Consider:

With any new service you offer there are certain things that you should consider.

1.  Potential hair extension clients will want to see examples of any hair extension work that you have done.  You should invest money in creating a picture portfolio of your hair extension clients.  Take Before, During and After Photos of  your hair extension clients. 

Keep in mind that some clients may not want their pictures taken.  You could offer some sort of incentive to allow you to photograph them, i.e. offer a small discount off the total price.

2.  Many potential hair extension clients will want to see before/after photos AND actually talk to your clients.  Have several clients lined up who would be willing to take phone calls from potential clients. 

3.  It is best to be upfront with your clients.  Let them know exactly what your hair extension services cost.  Don't nickel and dime them or throw out all these unexpected charges.
